I attached .Zip file contain 4 photos for 4 Errors appear to me when I run my form .... they appear to me in order like their numbers and then the RunTime disappear .... I can connect with my Database normally by SQL*PLUS and when I make any other form I can run it in RunTime without any problem.

the form that contain the problem is attached too with the .Zip file.

I want solve for this problem for necessary ..... and thanks .

hello , I'm still waiting for answer ....... please help ..... it's important form for me ..... at least tell me how can keep my forms that I made or took from any source save in my computer !
