Bug 1362542 is one of them. I've found lots of documents regarding this error. Best is that you have a look yourself. An exact forms version could narrow it down. Wink

COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME FURTHER ON THIS ACCESS VIOLATION ERROR.
THE FORMS VERSION IS
Forms [32 Bit] Version 6.0.8.11.3 (Production)

ANY REFERENCE INFORMATION OR ASSISTANCE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM IS WELCOME.

THANKS.
WILLIE.

Willie, you could start by hitting caps lock and start writing in proper case. Wink.

I already pointed you to Metalink. Unfortunately I am not allowed to disclose Metalink material.
Have you tried recreating the form/blocks?
Can you easily reproduce the error?
Does this occur with every Form?
When does it happen? At compile time? At runtime?
