Why would you want to do that? Are you trying to fool Oracle, insert/update "something" which shouldn't be done and then enable trigger back again?

If not, what is it, then? Perhaps there's a "legal" workaround which someone might suggest if you tell us the background of the problem.

If you insist on executing DDL from Forms, well, there's no direct way to do it, but you might search for FORMS_DDL built-in.

You could 'host' a SQL script to 'disable' the trigger.
