you can set your own preferable language by doing the following

GO to :

start ----> oracleHOme----> Release documentaino( click on it)

then on the right side of the page click on
Installation Guide html format

after clicking it you will get html page with much content then

scroll down untill you get one subtitle

( Oracle Database Globalization Support)
click on
D.2 Commonly Used Values for NLS_LANG
a table will display all the supported language and with thier NLS_LANG Values copy your preferable NLS_LANG with respect to your language then last step is required

at command prompt type regedit to go to the registry editor

from regeistry editor expand
HKYE_LOCAL_MACHINE
-----------------------> SOFTWARE
------------> ORACLE
open this NLS_LANG by double click ---------> NLS_LANG

then past the copied NLS_LANG that has been taken (copied)
from

Oracle Database Globalization Support)
click on
D.2 Commonly Used Values for NLS_LANG

then refresh the registry by pressing F5

close the registery and enjoy Oracle with your preferable language!!!! any help im ready

and i hope i have solved your pro
