Is it possible to run the oracleforms10g( which is on unix machine)on a windows machine?

Oracle 10g runs on Explorer(It is 3 tire architecture).
If your windows machine connected with the network then you can run it from windows.
There is no machine dependencies for the application. It can run any OS.
If you asked for configuring machine in windows and want to run it from windows then you have to compile the *.fmb file before running it.

Dear Soumen,

My .fmx file is in unix machine.I just want the user to input the data from a windows machine.But when i am giving the address in explorer.its not displaying anything.

http://ip_address:8889/forms/frmservlet?form=form_name

I am not sure that i understood it properly.

Are you the only programmer working at this site? Is this the first form that has been run at this site? Do you have an Application Server running?
