Does anyone know of any barcode printers available prior to 2000 that were XML-enabled (capable of printing XML datastreams), or that were capable of being connected to Oracle or SAP database.

Any help or info on specific printer models would be greatly appreciated.

Its been nearly two weeks since Dustin posted his question, does anyone have any ideas?

For me, any printer can print barcodes as long as you have the right font and the right stationary.

I don't think I get it: printers are connected to the OS, not individual applications (like a database or ERP application). It's the application that uses the printer through the OS. And what do you mean with 'XML-enabled'? And why are you looking for models prior to 2000?
