Hi All!

I'm developing a form in which I use the following command:
HOST('notepad.exe c:\iris_rsp\exp\rdcis.log');

It works perfectly fine when I access it from my system...but when I deploy it in a three tier architecture...the internet explorer hangs...My executable in 3 tier arch. resides on my application server and I access this program from my PC using IE.If rdcis.log file is not present,the system asks if i want to create it(when not using 3-tier arch.)but no such thing happens when I deploy my application in 3 tier.

What version of Forms are you using?

Use 'client_host' to run something on your PC.
