I have a form with 2 data blocks.
I make some changes, a item more at a block and some code at a button just for opening a report.
But now when I push the mouse at first element of the second block there is FRM-92101 error.
The application stops.
What is wrong?

FRM-92101: An unexpected server failure occurred due to some misconfiguration on server side

As you've said, you believe it isn't you to blame for the error. Did someone else (DBA, for example) change something on server side?

Maybe my forms builder had a problem related with the configuration of this form (libraries etc).
The form compiled at another PC and had no problem.

What version of Forms are you using? If 6i, 9 or 10 then do a Compile All (ctrl-shft-k) not just the Incremental Compile (ctrl-k) before doing the Generate (ctrl-t).

Not relevant. Ctrl-K seems to work sometimes and then not other times. Just use ctrl-shft-k and see if the problem goes away.
