Can we install Forms 5.0 and Forms 6i in same desktop? If so, how we can achieve the same?

Yes Form 5 and 6i can be installed in the same machine. Make sure that Form 5 is installed first and then the 6i version.

Yes. Each Oracle product should be installed in its own 'home'.
