Hi folks,
i am working on oracle 6i and 9i db.
I have forms conatining a record indicator, drop down/list item and text filed next to it.
The drop down is not getting activated whenever the cursor is passed on to the record indicator and also if also placed on the list item. Instead it gets activated when the cursor is passed onto the field next to list item.
how to make the list item activated when the mouse/cusror is passed on it?

thanks in advance,
Surya

The LOV is associated with a field, right? Why have another object, a button, next to the REAL field just so that the user has to push something! Get RID of the button and TELL the user that if they see a 'LOV' symbol in the status bar then there is a LOV! Alternatively have the LOV pop up automatically.
