Hi everybody,
I am working on oracle forms 6i and 9i database. Actually I was trying to encrypt and decrypt the password in the login form.

The procedure outside the environment is working great (Toad).But its not the case in forms. I am able to see the encrypted one in the database but not the decrypted password.

Please kindly guide me in this staff.
For your reference here I am sending sample .fmb file.

hi,
anybody who worked/working on encryption of password. pls give some solution.
I am unable to trace the exact reason why this is not working in forms 6i.

Have you solved your problem?

What is the error that you are getting?

Please put 'pause;' after your 'message;' statements so that the message text is displayed.
