Hii All

Iam using forms 10g and i am new in using this version

I created a simple form from one table by using the wizard
and when i run it
I got this error

FRM-10142: The HTTP listener is not running on home at port 8889 please start listener or check your runtime preferences

yes i started oc4j instance
and nothing happened i still cannot run the form
