Hello,

In a form, I had a field 'name'. On that field, there is a WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger that validate the input of the field.

In my form, I have also a button 'Cancel'. When I pressed that there is a trigger to cancel the input of a new record.

I will that the first trigger (from the input field 'Name') stops to control my input when I press the Cancel button.

How can i stop the execution of the first trigger?

Thanks!

Greetz,
Pieter

use IF statement with 'raise form_trigger_failure' to stop trigger
