hi everyone :
i work under oracle developer 2000 and i have a item that have a describtion of committe so it is a Varchar and i do not waint the user to insert any number so i write a code (when validate item ) - i attach it to see - but it do not work so if any one can write to me it or send to me i will be very thanks for him .
