About using ADF,PJC in oracle forms [message #190960]

Dear Gurus,

I dont know much about incorporating java into oracle forms. Ive following questions:

1. Can i use ADF in oracle forms or It can only be used with
JDeveloper.

2. Can i use PJC in oracle forms, if so what is the performance impact using PJC over forms items.(and good link to master this feature)

3. what is the diffrence between ADF and PJC.

4. Other than the above mentioned is there any other way to incorporate java in oracle forms.

Your resnpose in this regard would be highly appreciated, as I'm assiged the job to explore these areas.

For questions concerning Forms, start at Oracle web site http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/index.html

If you go to bottom of the first column there is a link for a "New site for PJCs and Java Beans". This should answer Q2.

Q3. I have no idea. For JDeveloper go to http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/index.html and this will lead you to Oracle ADF at http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/htdocs/partners/addins/exchange/jsf/index.html

Sorry. I don't use Java.
