I am have a feature in one of the forms called 'Widen field',which will increase the width of the current field , and move the fields adjacent to it, accordingly. But the problem is even when the whole canvas moves , the frame in the canvas does'nt move to the right of the canvas.

I know this is not possible, since we cannot change the position of graphic items like 'Frames' programmatically.

Any one have idea about any work around to change the position of graphic items like 'Frames'.

Thanks

NN.

Can you build the frame from four fields that have a thick border but zero height (for horizontal line) or zero width (for vertical line)?

Create an item on a control block. Define your form as working in pixels instead of characters. Then make the item either very narrow so that it looks like a vertical line, or very thin so that it looks like a horizontal line.
