STACK_OVERFLOW ERROR [message #177356]

MY application is closing automatically or when i open other program window & creating a file
with the following text plse help me to solve the problem..

[06/14/06 12:24:27 Arab Standard Time]::Client Status [ConnId=0, PID=7736]
>> ERROR: Abnormal termination, Error Code: C00000FD STACK_OVERFLOW

How about some more information!! Most of the people reading this stuff are not psychic!!

Make sure that you do a Full Compile (Cltr-Shft-K) then the Generate (Ctrl-T).

We can't guess/imagine/dream the missing information from your original post.

Your application is closing: client/server or web based
If it is web based, does it close your browser or just your form?
Open another program window: are you opening a second forms session or are you opening/calling another form from withing your application?
this file that's created, does it have a name?
Server OS version?
Client OS?
Browser?
Forms version?

But I'll do a quick search for your error message and get back to you Wink

As promised: MetaLink refers to bug 1139947. Can you confirm that you are using forms 6 (6.0.5.x.x)? Post the exact Forms version.
