Data not enter to table [message #132724]

Hi to all at here.

Me swchen again, me got some problem again..i find out my program when i press the save button and save the new record successfully at oracle form but when i go to checking at database table. I cant find out the record data i entered before. May i know what happened to my program? Or anyone at here have this experience before.

The missing data ... is it in a table associated with a block or is it in a table that you have used an 'insert' or 'update' statement to 'move' your data?

No which?? 'No' - it is not a table associated with a block or 'No' - it is not a table populated manually?

My suggestion is to answer my questions, in order, and fully.

Sorry for being 'snappy' ... but I am a bit 'pressed' at work today.

Do you have your own 'key-commit' triggers? If so, make sure that you DO have a 'commit' somewhere in it. If you do have a 'commit', try changing it to 'standard.commit' and see if that fixes your problem.

Make sure that you have not defined your fields, in your block, as being 'query only'. If you do then any new data will not be saved.
