Hi,

What are the major difference between Forms6i and Forms6.0, Can we still do Application Programming with Forms6i or is it just meant for developing Internet based Applications.

How will one develop a Internet Application using Forms6i? or where to start?

Anyone please help.

Thanks and Regards,

Nirmal.

Other people please jump in here and correct me.

6 can be run in character mode, 6i can't. <- This is wrong, sorry.
6i is run through a developer server or application server, 6 is only client/server.

Nope, 6i also has the same character mode. Here we run a Forms 6i application in client/server mode. But I think djmartin's right on one point: 6.0 only runs on client server.

You could, of course, start by reading the documentation Wink

As far as I can see it, apart from the 3tier possibilities, 6i is not dramatically different from 6.
