i have created Master Detailed Block in forms i have getting correct output ....
then i compiled
then i register it

and attaching to application server
all thing successfully on up to this stage

but as i run my form i wont able to see the content which i design...?

if forms contain multiple colors and design is matter for attachment and running
....?

whats actual problem..?
is at attachment level or design level...

It's not clear what the problem is
What exactly isn't displaying when you run the form?

Sounds as if it is an Oracle Apps. question. Is it? If so, perhaps process of a "form registration" requires some other actions you didn't perform?

I develop one simple form

now i want to attach this form to my application server..?

what are basic steps?

is form need in standard template format...?

please give me link which show basic step wise process....
