Dear all,
I have application installed on windows 2003 server.
When trying to open this application for the client machhine, I write my URL :...........
Then the explorer page doesn't appear any thing.
Only the word "Done" appears at the pottom of the page.
When trying to install the jinitiator manualy.
I found the following message:
The installshield Engine (ikernel.exe) could not be launched.
class not registered.
Could any one help, What is the problem???

Are you using IE or Firefox? Firefox will not auto install Jinitiator. I have a had problems getting it to run when manually copying it into place.
IE will auto install Jinitiator. You may have to be logged in as administrator to do this, but you have given no information as to your environment, so these are all guesses.
