Problem with Internet explorer [message #428751]

Hello i have problem with Internet explorer(windows XP,Internet explorer 8 )
After running form ,under mention error appears at explorer

  Internet Explorer has encountered a problem 
  and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

After Clicking don't send error ,following error appears

    We were unable to return you to the page you were viewing. 
 
    Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. 
    It appears that the website continues to have a problem.

With try again , it gives error

 Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

i have already reinstall oracle jinitiator .

Please suggest..

Hi,

What version or Oracle Forms are you using? Oracle Forms 10g does not work under IE 8 if you are using JInitiator. You should try running it with the Java Plug in from SUN. If you can downgrade to IE7 and test it out.

*I have not tested the above but have heard these over few meetings around my clients upgrade*

Vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc. 
Version: Java 6 Update 16 
Operating System: Windows XP 5.1 
Architecture: x86

I am drop dwon to IE7

both can't work for me

have u solved your problem.
anyway your explorer would be effected with any virus so that it is creating problem.
you install any new version or go to "My computer" and type the website address in address bar. your required website would be opend with that way.
