After the form status success,i.e commit the form is automatically closing after that module itself is closing.

Is there KEY-COMMIT trigger? If so, what does it do?

As mentioned above check the code in KEY_COMMIT,
or if something written on your save button.

Forms generally goes in unexpected error and closes, if something unsupported in written in code.
