Unable to query a view datablock [message #427471]

I recently created a view and built a forms 6i search screen for it. I am trying to query the view for a specific item number but I keep getting "No Data Found" when I hit the execute button, any ideas? P.S. the item number does exist because I can query in Toad and able to view the results in the same View table.

Actually the error says

FRM-40301 Query caused no records to be retrieved

Could it be a privileges issue?

Problem fixed now, thanks, you were right, the form did nto have priviledges.
