I have worked in SQL and PL/SQL, not in great depth but I have working knowledge of the two. Now I want to go for Developer track, form and report building. Can anyone please let me know what software do I need for that and where I can download it. I have checked Oracle website but it's difficult to decide which one is right option for me. Any help will be appreciated greatly.

First of all, you'll need a database. Oracle 10g Express Edition might be an excellent choice.

GUI which might help writing SQL and PL/SQL is Oracle SQL Developer.

Finally, I guess you'll need Oracle 10g Developer Suite which contains Forms, Reports as well as Designer.
