Problem in run form and OC4J



When I try to run form on a browser find this error

499 Oracle SSO
Oracle SSO

And also when I go and see OC4J find this error

initialized
initialized

please help me

I've never done that, but - did you read this document? It talks about Developing Applications for Single Sign-On.
