Fields scramble when call formis used [message #423440]

I am calling a form from other form using call form after quering all the data the fields gets scrambled and will not allow to proceed. same form works fine when it is called directly...

i used open form and not allowing the user to goto the old form programatically. but still i am searching for the cause for the actual solution..
