I have combo box list items in multiple forms and they are working properly at the time of data entry mean populating properly and showing their display value according to the respected stored values and saving data but when I execute query to check records, list items shows stored values(ID) of any item instead of its name.

Are you populating the combo box manually or are you using a defined 'record_group' and an 'LOV'?

Please post small screen snapshots showing what is being displayed.

Yes, I am populating combo box manually and you can check the LAMINATION field which is showing code instead of its value.

Please find the attached snapshot file as per your requirement.

Define a non-database field to hold the 'value', populate it in the 'post-query' trigger, and display it instead of the 'code'.
