hi all
i am getting the following error during Form execution.
FRM-40514: Operation requires a database connection.
what is the solution and why this error is coming during execution?

It seems that you didn't connect to the database, did you?

when i login for the first time it will execute all informations but when i try for the second time so it showing me the following error
FRM-40514: Operation requires a database connection.

i am not sure but may be its cause of connection failure for the second time.

What happens if you try to do the same for the third, fourth etc. time? Does it occasionally work, or does it fail every time?

its working now cause of logout code i put logout codes in exit button.
