I am fetching the data directly from form to outlook using the inbuilt CLIENT_OLE2.
The data is coming alright, but not at all in the alligned way. Is it possible to show the data in tabled form also, how to add bold, italic, etc.???

please help.

If you want a table-like display then use Courier font and put out lots of spaces (use RPAD and LPAD). To get bold etcetera you will need to find out how Outlook stores its control characters, perhaps it uses RTF, I don't know. What I do know is that it is not a Forms question so try searching on an MS Outlook forum.
