Need to change the printer setting margin on paper size [message #412753]

Hi to all,

I need to print document in half A4 paper size from form.
Everytime i printed the document, the setting margin will always changing.
Is it causing by my program or others issue and make the printer page size margin keep changing?
How to control it?

If you have access to Metalink, logon and try:
win_api_dialog.select_printer problem in 10G

I had go to this url, but i don't have metalink login id, so can't have the solution.

Dear Littlefoot,

Thanks for your reply. Is there have other way to find out the answer except from metalink?

Currently i keep modifying my program once the company (our customer)change the printer. I need to amend the program to suite the new printer paper setting.

If you are performing work for a client then your client should have access to Metalink. If you are a student then your educational facility should have access to Metalink. Ask your academic.

Search google for "win_api_dialog.select_printer problem in 10G" and see what pops up.
