We create a form to display the informations as hierarchial tree, one of the user is a left handed person, so the mouse property is set as left handed, so for that user the hierarchial tree is not function, the nodes are not expanding, he is not able to select any information.

What could be the problem (we are using forms 10g), Database oracle 10g

set the mouse property as right handed and ask the user to use the mouse as usual. Smile

Hi saadatahmad,
So do you mean that hierarchial tree doesnt work for left handed mouse.?.

User is a left handed guy and he uses his windows application through left hand only.

I didn't say that it doesn't work with left hand settings. Just check with the right hand settings if it works with th eoriginal settings or not?

Metalink has a few entries under the search 'left mouse button not working'. The solution was to get the latest version of the Intelligent Mouse Software.

What sort of mouse are you using? Do you have access to another type of mouse with which you could do some testing?

Did you try a DIFFERENT type of mouse? Do you have the latest Intelligent Mouse Software?
