Did you start OC4J instance on your computer?

Please, next time choose meaningful topic title. Current one is really poor.

Make sure to start OC4J before running the form, and be sure the port number (baba9602f3e35e) is correct
If you have the port number incorrect, in forms builder go to Edit->Preferences->Runtime, and set the appropriate ip address and port number.

Hope this helps.

On MS Windows: Start - All Programs - Oracle Developer Suite - Forms Developer - Start OC4J Instance.

let me tell you first enviroment is totaly local standalone pc

did u mean

1. Starts OC4J using the default configuration files, which are located in the
j2ee/home/config directory.

> cd <J2EE_HOME>
> java -jar oc4j.jar

2. Start OC4J using the server.xml file located in /mypath.

> cd <J2EE_HOME>
> java -jar oc4j.jar -config /mypath/server.xml

The server outputs an initialization string with the version number when it
is ready to accept requests. For example:

Oracle Application Server Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.2.0.0) initalized

thanks
