Whenever I try to install Oracle Developer Forms 6i, my system gives the following error

"Failed to create service for Net8 Client"

and then the installation terminates.. I m using Windows XP with service pack 3..

Can anyone guide me to solve this problem.. I have attached the error screen shot.

open the propertiese of the setup file
set the compatibility to

windows 2000
and check run in 256 color mode.

try and confirm.
