Searching Oracle's website for 'forms certification matrix' returned for Forms 9 http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/htdocs/clientsod_forms9i.html which does not mention Vista, for Forms 10 http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/htdocs/10g/clientsod_forms10g.html which does not mention Vista, and for Forms 10R2 http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/htdocs/10gR2/clientsod_forms10gR2.html which says of Vista "JInitiator is known to not work with Vista and Sun is not planning to support 1.3 on Vista. Oracle therefore have no plans to certify JInitiator with Vista. Vista users should consider Sun's plug-in 1.5 once it is certified for Vista. That is planned for 10.1.2.3."

I think you will have to wait and use 10.1.2.3

But mr URL is perfectly running on some machine in Mozilla firebox browser having vista OS . So we cant say that Forms 10g does not support vista.

Please confirm that the URL is working on some Vista PCs running Mozilla and not on other Vista PCs also running Mozilla.

I can only suggest that you analyse all the PCs. Those that work must be similar somehow, and those that don't work must also be similar somehow, but the two groups must be different somehow. You are there, we aren't. I want to be able to give better advice but this pattern analyse is the only thing (other than a lucky forum or google search) that will give you the answer.
