Hi ,

I am facing a small problem with the text item box and thought if someone had faced something similar. I use Forms 6i. Now, I have a text box which has Bevel set to "Plain". Text is "left justified ". However, the problem is that the text is stuck with the left side of the box. In short, Lets say the text is "rent" then the "R" alphabet is literally stuck with the box line. It is okay, if the Bevel is "Lowered" for the text item. I was wondering if there was some setting which introduces a space. There are two many text items in the form to have something like concatenate " " space.

I believe that this problem was solved in the latest version of JInitiator associated with Forms 6i. Which version of JInitiator are you using? Search here (I think it is also in the FAQ section) or Oracle for the matrix concerning JInitiator version and Forms version.
