Hi,
Attached is the error I get while trying to remove a record from my newly created form.
I added a record (5, advertisement) in the table (Department) through the form. The default insert button was used as I have not created a menu yet.
The insert was proper but while deleting the same record I get an error

Can any one tell me what can be the reason for the same?
