How can i attache a pl/sql libraries with a form? and multiple form?

In the Form Builder, open the form, then select 'Attached Libraries' and press the green '+' (plus) button in the left menu. Browse for the library in which you are interested and 'Attach' it. Remember to take the NON-default option of 'Yes' to 'Remove path' of the library.
