OC4J error, help please [message #311581]

hi,
the following OC4J ERROR appears with form error frm-92102 while pressing any button on any running form.
(no errors on form ,previously run successfully)
FORMS 10g , windows XP

Probably won't help (but doesn't cost too much to try): recompile the form (<Ctrl + Shift + K>) (i.e. "all", not "incremental", not <Ctrl + T> or <Ctrl + K>).

nothing change.
there were no problem within forms. they successfully run before,
even compiled forms (fmx).

for the error frm-92102 I searched within Oracle site
the search results are more difficult than my problem
