Dear All,
To my surprise, I am getting an error as attached while compiling the form. However, it doesn't harm running the program.
I am using Windows XP, service pack 2.

Have a look at the links in http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/196543/67467/?srch=pde+per#msg_196543 and get back to us to say whether you have fixed your problem.
I think you either HAVE a library (pll or olb) open in your Forms Builder when you open your form and it does NOT want it open at that time or vice versa. That is, it is DEMANDING that the library BE open when the form is open.
